Hello everyone, Today I'm want to share you guys recipe for a healthy life. The recipe of my choice is chocolate cake. I know that chocolate contain sweetness and caffeine but if you eat properly and not over eat the food will give you energy, vitamin and relaxation to your body.

Morning is the best time to eat sweets because that's when the body's metabolism is most active - and we have the rest of the day to work off the calories. Eating chocolate as part of breakfast that includes proteins and carbs also helps stem the craving for sweets later.

Also, Drinking a two cups of hot chocolate a day may help people keep their brains healthy and their thinking skills sharp,according to a study published in the August 7, 2013, online issue of Neurology®, the medical journal of the American Academy of Neurology


The chocolate appeared to boost the brain's blood supply with an 8.3 percent increase in blood flow after 30 days of consuming the cocoa.
